How to Apply for Community Care
Southern Cross Care (Qld) Community Services are open to everyone, we will respond to everyone’s enquiry. If you require general or nursing assistance, we do not require a doctors referral to provide these services.
While some programs have eligibility criteria for government funding, all service types are available for a fee-for-service.
