Our aim at any Southern Cross Care (Qld) Retirement Village is to take care of the stressful stuff and free our residents up to live the life they want. Our villages are situated in many of Queensland’s premium locations and have beautiful surroundings to encourage maximum peace & tranquillity. When our residents want access to community style living, our villages have excellent facilities - like tennis courts, heated swimming pools, BBQ areas and community centres. One of the unique things about Southern Cross Care (Qld) is that many of our villages have co-located Aged Care Facilities. If any of our residents have a partner who has the need for a level of assisted care, they are likely to be able to live next door! Many of our residents say this gives the peace of mind they need for the future and wish they had moved into one of our retirement villages sooner. The peace of mind frees you up to go and do all the things you had been waiting to do! Three of our properties are lease hold, 2 are licenses and the rest are on a rental agreements.
