The Final Touches: Illoura Village Nears Completion
The Illoura Village Redevelopment has reached another significant milestone, with construction officially complete and the builders now off-site. This marks the beginning of an exciting phase as our operational team takes the reins to bring the new home to life.
In the coming weeks, our team will begin the crucial process of commissioning the building — moving in furniture, setting up shared dining and lounge spaces, and ensuring everything is perfectly in place. Kitchens and laundries will undergo rigorous testing to ensure they are fully operational, while every detail is fine-tuned to create a warm, welcoming environment for our residents.
Equally important is preparing our staff. Comprehensive training sessions will ensure that our team is ready to provide exceptional care in this beautiful new building.
From understanding the layout of the new home to learning how to operate new equipment, our focus is on creating a seamless transition for residents.
As we approach February, the anticipation is building for the arrival of our first residents. We can’t wait to see their faces light up as they experience the beautiful new home for the first time.
