Because we’re not entirely funded by the Federal government, your donation plays a very important part in the work we do serving our community. Generous donations and bequests allow us to continue to serve older people regardless of their financial, cultural or care needs.
Southern Cross Care Qld is a proud participant in the Australian charity and not for profit register. We receive some Government funding from Federal and State sources, but we also rely on the support of our community. All donations over $2 are fully tax deductible and are used for their intended purpose – donations are not put toward administrative costs or wages. If you’d prefer to leave us a legacy in your will for a particular purpose or for general use, we can offer guidance on wording.
