Our costs, packages and standards

We partner with you to provide the best possible support, whatever your situation or needs. We will always seek to listen, value and respect everything that makes you unique and individual, and we welcome feedback on all aspects of our services.

How much does it cost?

We offer low package management fees, no travel charge for our staff to visit your home, and comprehensive care management. We can work with you to determine the best services for your needs.

Our services are available to anyone requiring support around the home on a fee-for-service basis.

You may also be eligible for a Government subsidy for Home Care services. These are through the ‘Home Care Package’ or ‘Commonwealth Home Support Programme’ funded by the Australian Government. We can help with that, too.

Our expert team will guide you through the eligibility process and help take care of the paperwork and communication with Government departments to provide the care and support you need.
