SCCQ’s Residential leaders, Residential managers and Clinical Care managers from across our Residential Aged Care locations took some time out from their busy schedules to come together for a two day Forum on the Sunshine Coast.
The team had a wonderful time bonding and engaging in some great discussion and activities which ignited their inspiration, connection and opportunity for collaboration.
“Our managers do such a wonderful job in their day to day roles, but their roles can be quite busy and demanding, so we wanted to provide some time and space where they could recharge, connect with their fellow SCCQ Managers to share ideas and experiences,” said SCCQ’s Chief Operating Officer, Michael Wild.
“These two days of team building were about making the time to listen first, share ideas and help others grow, all in an effort to invest in our leaders now and in the future, and continue to grow communities where best lives are lived.”
Michael says he looks forward to holding more of these leadership forums for managers across other SCCQ service areas in the future.
