Q: What is the Wellness Centre and who is it for?

A: The Wellness Centre at Holland Park is a purpose-built, state-of-the-art space designed specifically for older adults (65+). It’s not a traditional gym, it’s a safe, welcoming place staffed by an Exercise Physiologist, with easy-to-use HUR equipment that supports strength, balance, and mobility.

Q: Is the Wellness Centre and equipment only for people who are already active?

A: No not at all. If you’re a beginner or someone restarting exercise, you will experience some great benefits and we’ll be there to support you every step of the way.

Q: What makes the equipment different?

A: We use HUR SmartTouch machines, which are air resistance-based (not weights), designed especially for older adults. They’re safe, and simple to use.
