Flexible work arrangements

At SCC, we believe flexibility is essential to supporting our people. We understand that life doesn’t always fit into a 9–5 schedule, which is why we offer Flexible Work Arrangements. If you are a permanent site-based employee, you will receive a structured fortnightly roster—but you can request shift changes at any time, and if the roster allows, we will do our best to accommodate. As a 24/7 organisation, we offer a wide range of shift patterns to help you balance work and life. Our Enterprise Agreement also gives you the opportunity to pick up extra shifts and earn additional income. For those working at our Support Centre, we offer work-from-home options to support flexibility and connection.

Whether you are on-site or remote, we are committed to helping you feel supported, valued, and empowered.

For more details, speak with your Manager about what flexibility looks like for you.
