We celebrate years of service and recognise the dedication and commitment of our long-serving employees. We acknowledge 5, 10, 15, and 30 years of service, and present employees with gift cards, certificates, and other tokens of appreciation to signify our gratitude.
We honour and recognise the invaluable contributions of our staff, and each year we take nominations for our Employee of the Year Award. Nominees for this award are selected based on criteria such as excellence in customer-focused outcomes, strong and consistent performance and team contribution, and role-modelling our values of Service, Courage and Compassion in practice.
In September each year, all SCC staff are invited to nominate their colleague(s) for this award.
Care Friends is our employee referral and reward program that encourages you to refer qualified candidates for open positions within Southern Cross Care.
